This was my attempt at making german pancakes. *Sigh* There was more pancake on the outside of the pan than inside. It's experiences like this that remind me I need to practice my skills. For the record, they did taste good.

    I will have to have Leo tell you how to make them good! He is like a Pro at German pancakes!

    I thought they were supposed to be poofy and pretty. From where I sit, it looks like you did a great job! Mmm...I think I see German Pancakes in our near future...

    What you can't really see in the pics is that there was about 1/8 of an inch of pancake in the bottom of the pan!!

    Hmmm, that's how mine usually look - the boys fight over the huge puffs. You just need a few kids around to fight over yours to make you feel like they are a success!

    I use a bigger pan so the poofs are not as high. Maybe use less eggs next time or buy a bigger pan!
